We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Support (Admin) professional to work on numerous projects involving the customization and integration of CRM solutions for international clients.
Responsibilities:
Remotely support and maintain virtual server
Promptly solve problems and support users
Provide support to clients on Dynamics 365 and address infrastructure issues (supporting Dynamics 365 includes developing new customization, new JavaScript scripts, and investigating current customization, JS, and plugins)
Develop and maintain scripts for the company's product
Our expectations:
At least 2 years of administrative experience
MCSA or MCSE certification is required
Advanced English language skills, both spoken and written
