Relationship Charts visualization capabilities

C4CRM Relationships Chart tool goes beyond capabilities of Dynamics CRM 2015 built-in Hierarchy Visualizations and eliminates critical limitations in the visualization that many CRM projects face.

Hierarchy Visualizations released in CRM 2015 brought a new way to visualize the relationships between records but only of the same entity type.

1. Display all relationships between all entities.

2. Display unlimited number of entity attributes on the charts.

   Built-In Hierarchy Visualizations displays four attributes per a chart node. Relationship Charts leverages multi-page concept that allows you to see almost an unlimited number of attributes.

3. Display more than 4 levels of hierarchy using Zoom in Zoom out functionality.

   When you work with big hierarchies that contain more than 4 levels the Zoom functionality becomes very important. The whole picture can be seen at quick glance. Hierarchical Visualization limits you to 4 levels of hierarchy shown at once.

4. Create relationships on the chart.

   It is great to have a chart in CRM, but if you like to insert it into a PowerPoint presentation or send it by email you will need to export the diagram in a format that will not require the recipient to have Dynamics CRM. 7. Add new Activities directly from chart.

8. Bring related entities to the chart.

   Relationship Charts allows you to click at a chart node (card) and use the context menu to bring related entities to the chart. This functionality gives an easy way to explore data in CRM by sequentially brining related entities to the chart.

   Related entities cannot be brought to the chart with the help of Hierarchy Visualizations.

9. Generate charts automatically.

   While navigating through hierarchy using Hierarchy Visualizations is straightforward task but you still need to click on each hierarchy node to see the whole structure. Relationship Charts allows you to see the whole structure within a couple of mouse clicks. Moreover special generation templates functionality allows you to automatically generate the charts that will contain entities of different entity types based on their relationships.

10. Embed charts into CRM Forms.

    Hierarchy Visualizations functionality is available in a separate window. Many users complain about the need to open too many windows just to see pertinent information. Relationship Charts can be embedded into CRM forms providing users with an easy way to get the data they need immediately.
