Let’s assume your support engineer’s salary is 36000€ per annum. That is approximately 18€ per hour. Let’s also consider you charge your customers 50€ for one hour of support service. That means your margin from the support service is about 32€ for one hour.
OnlineHelp license and installation for one client will cost you 1000$ what is near 715€.
Suppose your customers have 10 CRM users at the average, and every one of them uses only 1 hour for support cases every day at the beginning period of using Dynamics CRM. Of course, they will ask for help less and less while they learn how to use the system – let’s assume that customer’s users need, for example, 1.2 times less daily support time every next day. I.e. you will get 10 hrs × (50€ - 18€) = 320€ for the 1st day, (10 hrs / 1.2) × (50€ - 18€) = 266.7€ for the second day, 10 hrs / 1.22 × (50€ - 18€) = 222.2€ for the third one etc.
Taking all that into consideration and summing daily income per average customer for the first 30 days, we get that you can earn at least 1200€ for the first month of providing support service via OnlineHelp to a single client. And it’s without regard for your profit during the following period.

OnlineHelp product price consists of its license and installation costs.
Every copy of OnlineHelp goes with a license, and every installation should have its own license to work.
Installation, setup and training
We will gladly perform OnlineHelp installation for your customers, and set it up. We also take care about your staff training: not only we provide you with the documentation, but also show how to install and use operator-side chat client application.
3 months of chat server hosting
If you prefer to use WaveAccess chat server, first three months of such a hosting are provided for free.
3 months of free support
We provide three-month warranty on our tool – that means full support and delivering patches once they’re released.
How much does OnlineHelp cost?
OnlineHelp product cost is 715€ and includes the license for one CRM organization (535€) and OnlineHelp installation for the end customer’s CRM, performed by WaveAccess (180€). As Microsoft Dynamics CRM integrator you can install OnlineHelp yourself, in this case installation cost of 180€ is not charged.
If you prefer to use WaveAccess chat server hosting instead of your own, after first three months it will cost you 22€ per month per 10 support operators.
