Cost justification

We provide our OnlineHelp license and perform application installations for free for CRM integrators using our OnlineHelp support service, so it’s 715€ economy at the very beginning of providing instant support service to your clients using our chatting tool.

You get your partner margin of 10$ (what is about 7.14€) from every hour of support service provided by WaveAccess experts.

Let’s suppose your customers have 10 CRM users at the average, and every one of them uses only 1 hour for support cases every day at the beginning period of using Dynamics CRM. Of course, they will ask for help less and less while they learn how to use the system – let’s assume that customer’s users need, for example, 1.2 times less daily support time every next day. So you will get 10 hrs × 7.14€ = 71.4€ for the 1st day, (10 hrs / 1.2) × 7.14€ = 59.5€ for the second day, 10 hrs / 1.22 × 7.14€ = 49.6€ for the third one etc.

Summing daily income per average customer for the first 30 days, we get that you can earn at least 425€ just for the first month of providing OnlineHelp support service to a single client with our CRM experts team involved.

Once OnlineHelp application is installed for your customer, their CRM users will be supplied with our instant support for a period defined by the tariff option of their choice.
